Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Wall Breeze. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
1. Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The unit must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Items showing signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to start a return
Email contact@wallbreeze.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
4. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
5. EU right of withdrawal
EU consumers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to and does not limit this statutory right.
6. Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Warranty claims
Wall Breeze units are covered by a 2-year EU warranty. Warranty claims should be sent to contact@wallbreeze.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible.
