These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wall Breeze website (wallbreeze.shop) and any products purchased through our online store. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Wall Breeze is an online store selling portable cooling units to customers across the European Union. Contact: contact@wallbreeze.shop.

2. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days across the EU. See our Shipping Policy for full details, including carrier handling, customs, and delivery windows.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery in line with our Refund Policy. EU consumers retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; our 30-day window is offered in addition to this right.

6. Warranty

Wall Breeze units are covered by a 2-year EU warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and software — is the property of Wall Breeze or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall Breeze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Wall Breeze is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
