Shipping Policy

We ship Wall Breeze units across the European Union from our EU warehouse. Shipping is free on every order.
1. Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery time
Once shipped, most EU orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier's local network.
3. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also follow your order from our Track Order page.
4. Shipping coverage
We currently ship to all EU member states. If your country is not available at checkout, email contact@wallbreeze.shop and we will let you know whether we can deliver to your address.
5. Customs and duties
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. VAT is included in the price shown at checkout.
6. Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us at contact@wallbreeze.shop with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Damaged packages
Please inspect your package on delivery. If it arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
